Stock Springs/Rubber Boot

Anyone notice the rubber boot on the bottom of the stock springs is coming off? Mine is hanging about 3 to 4 inches away from the shock tower. It's not broken, its like it has been sliding out from under the spring.

If you swap struts or remove the spring for any reason, you can use 3M Scotch-Grip Rubber & Gasket Adhesive on the inside of that thing to keep it on...

Thanks! What is the procedure to remove the spring or lift it to apply some 3M?

Any how-to for a spring/strut swap will get you access to the spring. Mine is www.innerbean.com/housecor/. The site is down at the moment, but should be back up soon.
