20mm H&R Spacers

Hey guys. I am about to put on some H&R 20mm spacers in the rear to push out the stock wheels. I just want to make sure this is how you do it. You just get a hammer and hammer out the old studs, put the new studs in put the spacer between the rotor and the rim. ANd tighten down. HOw much should i tighten down the lugs? any more than what is stock. I am just wondering cause u are bringing in the studs in when u tighten.
