Cattman Y Pipe

This is probably a stupid question but if I put on a Cattman Y Pipe, will I pass inspection. I have a 01 Se auto. How much of a benefit are these Y pipes on a 01 max?

It's hard to say you could pass or you could fail. The key is to make sure the car is warmed up first. As for what you can benefit form it is increase in HP by about 5-10 HP.
