Pics of Mille Miglia or AT Italia wheels on car

I'm just about ready to purchase 19" wheels for my Max. I'm specifically interested in the MM EV-S and the EVO, or the AT Italia Inox.

Does anyone have pics of these wheels on their cars? The TireRack website is not working properly, otherwise I would have started there. I'm also looking at the Goodyear Eagle F1's.

Does it make a difference to run a wider rim in the back? I've noticed some cars will run a larger diameter rim in the back but I don't understad why.

Thank you for the help and support.

Bill

Check Kloogy's cardomain site. Wider wheels in the back improve handling for rear wheel drive cars. the maxima is fwd so that doesn't apply to it. You can do it for style though. Many VW Jettas have wider rear wheels for style even if they're fwd cars.

BTW, I say you go with MM EVO5s. It will perfectly match your color. Get the 19x8.5s.

there a few pics on the Mille in that thread. There are a bunch of other guys on here that have them. I don't think anybody has the other ones.
Wider in the back is usually for Rear wheel drive so you get more traction. Some people have done it on here for looks but it kind of suck because you can't rotate your tires if you do it.
Hope this helps

Thank you. I just saw some wheels from Axis that I really like as well. They are the Spider, NEO and Wheelsite Mesh.

Go with the MM's

Also I was thinking about the benefits of a staggered tire setup. I have heard that the Max tends to understear when equipped with stiffer springs, FSTB, and RSB. Any one know if the wider tires in the back would give enough grip to counter this effect?

Just a thought

Check out a pic of 3.0HO's car (hope he doesn't mind my posting this pic). Very sweet, clean look.

Edit: For clarification, these are the AT Inox

I hope this guy does mind me using his photos. If so Sorry won't do it again.

I have been looking to buy this exact package Wheels MM Evo's and the exact body Kit but I had to hold off on doing so since I can not find who makes it. Please, very please if anyone knows where to buy the whole Kit please let know.
I am also still debating on which size I should buy the MMs. 18 or 19 8 or 8.5. If any one has them on a fifth generation please let us know how the ride is. I already have: H&R/Tockico/FSTB/SwayBar.

Please Help!

Thanks.

No worries its all good I take it as a compliment. I have met with a number of Max owners on this board some of which have the MM Evo and nothing but compliments from them. The Inox are a sweet rim in person 99% of which have never seen them up close and personal are the ones that don't like them or just straight hatin'. Very easy to keep clean and nothing but compliments from others and have yet to see another car on the road that has them. Rims are subjective no doubt. The MM Evo are quite a common aftermarket rim especially on the .org.

As for 18's or 19's it all depends on the suspension you have and overall condition of the roads you drive on daily.

If I had it to do over again this is my choice. I have some AT's right now and I like the the stainless steel lip on them. I used to have some wheels w/o a lip and rock chips out da azz on them. the lip sets the face in as well as protects them. my 2 cents

Oops, forgot forgot my pics of the AT's on the MAX.
Ignor the stock gaping 6" space between the tire and the fender, I'm working on that with some JIC's
The Racing Hart wheel is the multi piece type CR
