Overview: The Varad Racerboy can replace your OEM gear shift **** and give you remote control over several components in your vehicle. The Racerboy **** has 4 buttons which can independently control 4 Bosch or equivalent automotive relays for such items as fog lights, driving lights, turn signals, neon lighting, strobe lights, car amplifiers, interior accent lights, solenoids, linear actuators, tail lights, motors, hydraulics and many more. The supplied LED indicates the status of the controlled components.

Relay Controller: The supplied 4-channel relay controller has a built-in microprocessor which can not only turn these items on or off, it can turn them on momentarily, flash them on and off continuously, or turn them on and off in a one-second pulse. The modes are set by dip switches located inside the Relay Controller box.

Applications: The Racerboy **** is designed to replace OEM gear shift ***** for manual transmission vehicles. The **** comes with three rubber caps of varying sizes to fit shafts of up to 1/2" in diameter. The supplied set screws help secure the **** to the shifter.

the leather on the shifter is faintly peeling/worn on
tiny spots....def must upgrade in the future

Yeah, i bought a ractive shifter and my college graduation ring has put all sort sorts of marks on the metal and it really looks horrible. I could try to buff it out (has a titanium finish) or i could just buy a new one. It only cost me 25 dollars so no big deal.

get the AE...that one is hideous. The name "racerboy" shifter says it all....put an "i" where the "a" is and there you go....

I would expect to see that on a yellow civic with "type R" stickers on it and a slammed drop.

Just my opinion though....it's your car so do whatever floats your boat!

I thought that it might be a little ricey but needed reaffirmation. Anyways i thought it would be cool to have the four buttons integrated in but never mind. I will just call DaveB

Actually what i want is a real nice carbon fiber and leather on. not anything racy but subtle. I know that carbon fiber generally is not subtle and that is the problem.

I might be selling my Momo Shadow one soon...it's carbon fiber/leather, I love it but want something a bit shorter since I got my short throw shifter, it doesnt feel quite right. Retails for about $80, I'll probably be looking for about $60 - pristine mint condition.

On my car with gray Momo boot:

I wish I could get the **** from the 02-03 6SP, except one that has only 5 speeds on it! (or no shift markings)...

I love the 02-03 ****...
