gear whine...flush?

gear whine...flush?
I get a loud whiny noise from the transmission..dealer identified it as normal gear whine....I hear if you replace the transmission fluid, it goes away...is it true?

A transmission fluid flush might help, but it sounds like yor carrier bearings are wearing out.
