Please Help!!! Brake Rotors and Pads

Does anyone know what the replacement #'s for a 2000 NIssan Maxima SE are for rotrs and pads. I purchased Brembo Slotted rotors from automax95 and PBR Ultimate pads. The pads have the number D 1232 RU and they say they replace 109.06530 and number D 712 RU and they replace 109.05400 or 67-D540 The rotors say 43206-4U001 and 08.8065.10 for the rear rotors and 40206-2Y505 and 09.7933.10 for the front. Before I install these I wated to make sure I was sent the right ones. Thanks for any help you guys can give! I couldnt find these numbers on the internet at all or on brembos website. Just wanted to make sure that these will fit!

I see your short reply, but questions arise from this ...
Are you using same 2000 calipers?
Why go to a heavier rotor and Not a larger or twin piston caliper, also?
I know a heavier rotor will disipate heat better, but will slow or/and give more bump steer and acceleration issues ...
Or is $150 for the new calipers?? (and is that ea or pair?)
