I have a 2000 Maxima GXE with a worn right side inner tie rod. I am trying to replace the part, which I have done before, but this one is rather strange looking. The repair manuals that I have do not mention how to remove the innner rod from the steering rack. Does anyone have any idea as to how this is removed from the rack?
