anything that says "Nismo" on it adds 10 hp.....

seriously, are you looking for faster (drag race speed) or overall performance (handling, accell, braking, etc?)

Faster - the cheap mods that make some difference are y-pipe and intake, might get you 10 hp combined....

Handling - first thing you should get is a rear sway bar. Put it on and it's night and day compared to stock handling. They are made by Stillen, Addco, Cattman, Progress, etc.....

i always thought that a y-pipe and intake give more like 20hp combined??

also put first aid kit in your trunk for some extra power.

just playing, Irish

Pearl man, you don't know when to let something die!

It might be more like 20, but when throwing around hp I'd rather go with "lowest case scenario" so this dude doesn't do it and end up disappointed. There seems to be all kinds of hype about how this and that give this much hp, when making hp has alot to do with combinations of different things (intake, exhaust, etc. etc..) It's all good though.

j29, I hear that if you put some modern/contemporary furniture in the trunk, it's even more hp than the first aid kit

leave it alone. save your money for a second car and have that the one you spend all the money on.

or, just lower it and slap some wheels on it.

but, if you MUST make it "quicker", a y-pipe is the easiest way to do it.

Rear sway bar isn't a huge mod... unless you've really become accustomed to the car's handling.
