clear corners

i've been looking into getting some clear corners for my 01....i know custommaxima.com carries them for $60+ shipping is there anywhere else where i can get it cheaper..if not ill just get it from custommaxima..

also ive herd u have to seal the lense to prevent condensation...ware would i get the stuff to seal it? and how/where would i seal it..

and where can i find directions to install the clears?

thanks

Try Ebay...thats where I bought all of mine.

You would have to get clear silicone. Goto your hardware store (Home Depot, etc) to get a tube of it and seal the seam.

The directions to install the clears are at the top of the forums as a sticky..i think.

Well, I don't know about the custom maxima ones, but I have the pro car parts ones and they look fine to me. They should all be about the same, just remember to use the silicon and you'll be fine.

I think it's illegal to have white bulbs in the side marker no matter what state you're in. Take a look at the amber and red LED's to put in the side markers from autolumination.com.

194 is what I used. Some will list 168, but go with the 194.

As for the legal/illegal thing, I don't know, I failed a safety inspection in VA even with clear corners and colored bulbs. Good thing I still had the stock corners.

just follow the direction in the owner's manual....it just pop out with a flathead screw driver...make sure you use a towel or rag so you don't scratch up your paint....
