Need Y-Pipe Truth

Absolutely no offense meant, I understand the cost issues and wouldn't criticize you (or anyone else) for making that choice. My only point is that they are not equivalent products - however major or minor one might consider those differences to be.

I had trouble finding a shop to do mine. One shop here in Oregon had a sign that read 'Don't ask us to remove your catalytic converter and we won't ask you to pay the $2500 fine'. I attempted to do it myself but stripped one of the bolts trying to get the old one off. Found a performance shop that was willing to do it for $50. Fitment was perfect. Hanger was where it was supposed to be and didn't have to mess with the cross member and absolutely no rattles. I got no engine warning lights. I'll go thru emission testing in Dec. I am very happy with quality, fitment and performance. I have a timeslip without the Y, so I'll see how it performs in a couple weeks. I'll say again, customer service at SWA and Cattman is top notch.
