Manual tranny oil change....how many quarts?

I am going with the Redline MT-90 tranny oil, the manual doesnt specify how many quarts do I need, does anyone know?
I also see a drain plug, but how do you folks add the new fluid and check level?

thats for the 6spd tranny... it takes less oil than the 5spds. For the 5spd tranny it requires 4.25 quarts. However, I put in almost 5 quarts when doing mine

there's another hole above the drain plug, which is the fill plug (duh). just add till it overflows through the fill plug. tip: make sure your car is as flat as possible.
