please help !!!

Ok, today I installed new rotors and pads, everything went fine and I decided to go for a test drive... I was driving around for maybe 30 min and I noticed that my brakes felt weak, so tried to brake little harder to see if I can make it squeal ( I was riding around for a good hour now) and when I stomped on the brakes the pedal just fell through... so now I almost have no brakes … I have to press it all the way down to stop.

What's wrong? Did I get some air in the lines? But how? I didn't do anything other than open the cap under the hood when I was pushing/twisting my rear pistons in.

if it's air can some one tell me the easy way to bleed it out?

thank you.

you should not brake hard for 200 or so miles. you want to drive it easy so that the brakes settle.

bleeding is easy. but you need someone to pump. i know you can buy speed bleeders. they are 7 or so bucks each. with those you can bleed the brakes yourself.

That wouldn't have added air into the system, and even if it had, the brakes would have been spongy as soon as you tried them. Have you checked for leaks? If you let the brake hoses support the calipers, you may have damaged one. Either that, or you may have damaged a caliper piston seal.
