camber kit

I have a 2000 maxima gxe 5spd, and I will be lowering my car 2.2" on the front and 1.6" on back (Tein S)... Would I just need the part shown on the link below or get the whole 1,000 and up camber kit? Also, do I need to get the camber kit for the back as well? After I lower the car would I need to take it to a shop and get my car algined?
How many degrees would I have to adjust the camber and can I do this myself?
Lastly, can you guys show me pictures of your maxima lowered within the spec i will be lowering?

thanks
