Should I get Drilled Rotors? And Will they really crack after time?

I'm extremely hard on brakes you guys, and the time has come for me to get some. My brakes have lasted for about 17,000 (OEM, new withthe car) and now they are noisey and need to go. I'm wondering if I should go the drilled route and get a set, but i'm worried about cracking and noise. Can anyone give me any feedback?

Get drilled rotors. But make sure it doesn't have too many holes. Like the whole rotor has holes.

I bought Stillen Cross Drilled front disks because of severe brake judder on OEM rotors. Judder was gone with Stillen disks, great stopping, but a terrible whinning noise with them, even after 200- 300 miles of use. Back to OEM disk for now. Will try Stillen Slotted disks soon.

I heard that a company called Frozen rotors makes really great rotors. They are Cryo treated so they do not warp or crack nearly as easy. You can also get them cross drilled or slotted or both.
