Angel Eye Questions

I am buying these angel eye headlights (http://www.symmic.com/index.asp?Page...ROD&ProdID=586) do I need to buy any wiring harness and what light bulbs do I buy for them?

they wire directly up to your other harness, you just need to wire the angel eyes seperately. They use H3 bulbs. also, buy them from ebay, a lot cheaper!

Are they all the same?? I thought h3 were fog light bulbs? Do these have high beams too???
