Sorry if this a real common thing, but it seems im just plain stupid. If anyone could could they please help me out and explain what these 3 are and how they help our max. Also if possible the price, where to get them and if there worth it. This would be a big help. Thanx

they all drastically improve the handling of your max... and it is definitely something to invest your money into, since the stock handling already sucks @$$. there's a parts thread with links to websites where they're sold.

do a search. really, it does work quite well. also check the parts list a the top of the page. with a little research, these topics are easily answered. however, the strut braces tie together the tops of the struts. This makes the car much more nimble and responsive. The sway bar reduces the yaw effect by acting like a spring and absorbing most of this roll keeping the wheels firmly planted on the ground. If I recall, someone posted about having their rsb set to the point that back wheels acutally hopped(?).

Of the three, the RSTB is the least important. You won't really notice it much unless you do some extreme driving such as autocross. RSB will give very nice gains and FSTB is quite noticeable as well.

In addition to the search function, try the FAQs that are linked from the main maxima.org pages. They also have a lot of useful info.
