On a small section of my car, my clear coat is coming off. Has this ever happened to anyone?

 

florida.. garaged? if not it's probably burning off from the sun. Time to repaint. Won't get better.

 

No, none of my cars have ever had that problem. You must have had something wrong in the surface prep on your car from the factory. I would check with a good paint and body shop to see what they would charge to repaint the affected section.

 

i have this problem on my 96.. the clear coat is pealing on some sections near the molding around the window.. i think the only solution is a new paint job.. nissan paint sucks
