-Indicator light
If a malfunction occures in the traction control system, the SLIP and the TCS OFF indicator lights come on in the meter panel. As long as these warning lights are on, the traction control function is canceled. The vehicle will behave like a model without the traction control system. This malfunction can run anywhere from the fuse, wires or the brain of the system. Assuming you bought the car with a warrenty, this should be covered under the 3year/36,000 basic warranty.

Re: Ok
Try http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/ for the TSB. I'm not sure but try anyway. They might have one for this problem. This way you wont have to go through a hassle at the dealer.

Thanks.
I've had this happen in conjunction with my ECM problem -- TCS light, SES light, and SLIP light at the same time. They're currently blaming my ECM harness, who knows.. will post when we figure it out.
