Mirror question

I know this is going to sound pretty bad, but i was backing out at work the same way i went in to the parking spot at my work's garage, and i must have had the wheel turned a little because my right mirror nicked a pole and came off. The wire is still attatched and i looked over it and didn't see anything broken anywhere. Does anyone know exactly how they are put on? The only bolts i can see appear to just hold the actual mirror itself together. Maybe i'm just missing something, I have double sided tape from my kit holding it up right now temporarily, until i figure out how to get it back on. Anyone know?

You have to take the door panel off to access the bolts that hold the mirror. If you need a replacement, there's some sellers on Ebay that sell side mirrors. May have to paint to match your color, though.
