Hyper Ground Kit . . .
Anybody have experience with one of these kits?? how much power should be expected to be gained and what are some other benefits? I found a bunch online at various places for $100...anybody know a cheap place to get them and how much would be typical for an install seeing as i def would not do it myself..thanks for any input.

Matt Blehm (aka Matt93SE aka BlehmCo) sells a kit for $50 that looks nice, or you can use the instructions on my www. to do it yourself in a couple of hours for $25 of materials. Either one basically does the same thing. I feel strongly that it's worth the 25-50$ expense as the car runs smoother, revs faster, and is quieter, among other things.

Does this kit replace wires already in the car or are the wires included simply put in as extra? I'm putting red wire loom around the engine tomorrow however I have not bought the hyper ground kit yet so i wasn't sure if i should wait in case i need to cover the wires from the kit as well (if i cannot find it in silver) i'm going with silver/red scheme under hood

These wires are in addition to the existing wires; they do not replace them. These wires provide a better-conducting ground for the various electronics involved with engine management, drivetrain, etc. (e.g. the alternator, coils, battery negative and some common grounds used by various electronics are linked together with a well-conducting network of cables rather than having them conduct through the chassis)

I'll follow up with info on where I installed them and how they fit.
