that I may or may not keep....
bored today so I:
1. did a variation on the key ring lighting....colored the back of the clear ring so it shines very blue at night and also looks blue when the sun shines on it as here....using stock bulb with the "condom" removed.

2. always thought our steering wheel hub looks cheapo so I experimented with some...um...highlighting...not sure if I like it, though it looks better in person than in the pics...

flame away! I made sure that I can un-do both of these things if I decide they looks bad....

thing is, I don't have chrome anywhere else on the inside of the car, so I was going for more of a flat silver look to match the SE gauges.....

see that's the funny thing - the steering wheel stuff ISN'T white/frost colored - it just looks that way because of the glare. It's actually an aluminum/silver color
but...I'm not really feeling it - trying to think of something better to do with the steering wheel, I hate the way the center part looks stock...

here's some shots I just took at night with the flash...the blue matches my radio controls nicely....it lights up all the way around, just hard to see from the angle I took it from. Also yhu can see the steering wheel color (silver) better here than in the original shots..

Irish, i actually took a nissan chrome logo and stuck it on there. It looks good, it appears to be stock, since our steering wheels are indented in those areas it stuck real nice. When i get my digital camera back ill take some pics and show you. I also put the chrome logo on the front of our grills right beneath the clock, that looks real sick.

Yeah, Irish, I was going to say the same. Paint the semicircles and letters black. The blue lighting looks perfect
ugh...it's not WHITE it's freakin' silver, yeesh! but anyways....maybe I'll mess around tomorrow see if I can get a better look...I think it looks fine in person but could be better.....
as to blue radio.climate control lighting madamoiselle....check out my cardomain site I think there's a how-to, or at least part of one......kind of a pain in the *** to do, but worth it IMO...

on trying the black lettering/circles. Right now, I'm not feeling it.
