White? UGH!
I think the Icelandic Pearl (white) Maxima is the second WORST color to choose from. The other bad one would be the gold colored one (Sunlit Sand). Sterling Mist, Gray Lustre, and Super Black all look real nice, but I think the Sterling Mist is just damn awesome. It's not like any other 'silver' color I've seen. I guess I just don't like white cars.
As far as green goes, it looks nice. But my experience with green cars is that no matter WHAT shade of green you get, it goes out of style fast. The Merlot (red) is what I'd call "Minivan red". While it looks OK, I wouldn't want MY Maxima to be that color.
The satin blue pearl, well, I don't really like light blue at all. It's a style thing though. If light blue is your style, go for it.
I LOVE the Majestic Blue with a passion. But there's no way in hell I'm gonna pay the extra money to get a limited edition SE. WAY too much. I wish Nissan hadn't pulled that stunt, but I understand that it's probably the only way they're gonna get the thing to sell. My guess is that the only ones they'll sell will be Majestic Blue and Sterling Mist. So by the end of 2001 there's gonna be a lot of 20th anniversary editions lying around in the lots--in red, white, gold, green, and light blue.

druuellll nice pic.. i think you should go to the dealership during the day and at night to see for yourself. they look different in person. the gray luster gives a cameleon effect, another plus for why i got it. from an angle it has a slight purple hue, most of the time a gray greenish look.
