Question About Jeff @ www.maximumtuning.net

I was wondering if anyone had gotten an auto to manual transmission change from Jeff @ maxtuning and if it was done well and their car is still working well.

Also another question to anyone who has gotten a manual transmission conversion: Is your car still reliable as it was before and an opinion on if you had the choice to do it again would you?

the general consensus here it seems to be is, this is a mod that is more trouble then it's worth. It would probablly be cheaper to buy another car, then to go to all this trouble.

If Jeff is willing to do this mod for you, I can attest to his reliability and workmanship, he is the best mechanic I ever had work on my max.

Sorry if i didn't answer your question, but i figured atleast i'd offer you my 2 cents : ]

The same thing I wanted to know. I also wanted to know if the price that Jeff has on the website is including the parts for the conversion????? I guess 1000 looks alittle too low for me....LOL

Great guy...

I can tell you Jeff does great work. Class guy . Has done all the work on my car. I had my Stage 2 VB mod done at Jeffs place & couldent be happier with the results.

Ahh, I was just inquiring about this earlier today. Asked if there was some kind of way to get an auto to shift as fast as a manual. Seems like this is my answer.

I say instead of getting an auto to manual conversion just bullet proof your automatic.
