I think it looks fine with your ride. Has the piping been rerouted to not go over the rear crossbeam?

No it doesn't look good on his ride. That kind of muffler doesn't look good on ANY car and it sounds bad on EVERY car.

it would look better if you had a kit. my friend at tanabe rm on his civic, and it looked like a rocket... i always wondered what it would look like w/ 2..... but anyway, it looks alrite, it looks out of place just sitting under your bumper completely... as for the sound, if u like it, go for it.

What else did you buy from Auto Zone while you were there picking up the muffler?

I think that everything on that Max looks good with the exception of the huge muffler. It would not work for me at all. If he likes the looks and sound of it, more power to him.

This is what im saving for

JIC Magic

yes the Exhaust does go under the rear not over so that is why the muffler is so low and no i did not plan on it turning out that way i am not to happy with it. no it is not loud there is a silencer in there. i plan to go to a Remus Twin Turbo muffler with the same 2.5 piping or go with the JIC.

I don't know why some of you are hating on him, if you already own the greddy evo 2. It's pretty close in style.

Hey, don't knock yourself out with this thread, it's what you like, not what we like.

MaxGTR, it actually doesnt look bad and it really doesnt look all too ricey, but it would have been a lot better if you got the dual tip muffler because this one looks cheap. Also, if you ever wanted to get a body kit, this wouldnt look that well with it. Goodluck with your future mods and dont worry about how other people think about your car, but what you think.

He asked for comments! He didn't specify "nice" comments only. If you ask for opinions, you gotta expect to get some negative ones too. We've all had stuff we posted on the org that recieved, shall I say, "negative input."

If you're looking for people to just kiss your butt and say "wow, that's sweet!" then maxima.org is the wrong place to be.

It's not "hating," it's called "being honest."

Uhh, am I the only one who notices that it's a picture of an exhaust for a Honda of some sort? That is not a picture of a maxima exhaust is it? Where is the 90* bend in the b-pipe?

Thank you for correcting my terrible mistake.

I'll make a note of this, as well as any other stupid piece of crap that you utter from now on, as i see your opinion truly effects me as an individual.

Yes I do care.

Thanks for making a difference in my life.

it's not too bad looking, it's just that too much of the muffler is exposed.

that muff would look nice on some cars, but in my opinion not on the max.

You're the fist person I've seen with the JIC muff, too bad the overall response on this is negative.
