AE pic.......finally
Hey guys you probably dont care much but just uploaded a pic of my max.....didnt have a chance to do to much to it yet i just got the clear bumper lenses in though, let me know what you guys think! Any mod suggestions would be awesome since im not too familiar with the max.
P.S Would you guys switch to the clear bumper lenses all the way around or keep the red/yellow ones?? I have the clear fronts in now they look nice but the red ones in the back look kinda nice too, any opinions??

Nah majestic blue came out in the 01 AE model as their "exclusive color". I love it!!

Anyways nah sloppymax thought that too I read his post they came out on the anniversary model in 01, as soon as I saw it I had to buy it traded in my 4 popper ford ranger, best thing i could have done man....got this with 30k on it for 16,995, couldnt be happier with it so far!!

At a minimum I am going to smoke a set and insert them time permitting. What I would like to try to do is fabricate inserts that match my paint and fit flush/tight with an almost seamless transition against the body (objective - make them virtually unnoticeable to the average eye). Maybe someday.
To answer your question and give ya' "one more opinion;" I would put the clears all the way around. Nice max BTW...

O ya...what do u guys think about tints on the Blue AE? Tossing around the idea, I promised myself I wouldnt ghetto this car out since my last car was all rimmed and tinted out (90 cavalier) when I was younger. although tints prolly would look nice, what u guys think?

Ghetto the Max with tints? I don't know how things are up in MA, but in FL tints are not an option but a necessity. You'll have a hard time finding a car down here that's not tinted.
Look at some other majestics and see what you like best, just as long as you don't get some nasty ricey tint you can't go wrong w/ that

IF I were in Florida like the rest of my fam, I would def go with the mirrors most likely, but up here they are not really important, although i do like the privacy of them and all, will prolly end up getting it after the summer when I can deal with not rolling down my windows for a few days
