Open the drain plug on the bottom, drain it, then pour water from the top (main) opening for a while. Alternatively you can use a pressurized stream to force the water in harder...

I wouldn't use any of the shelf products you see.

That's about it. Radiator is nothing more than a few pipes with heatsinks all around 'em.

You may wanna flush it with filtered water, it helps sweep out all the ish that was already in there clogging it up. I know I need to do it soon too....
