What do you think guys I want to keep the clean look on my new max im gonna do tints i think it would make it look better i know i cant get em dark in mass i think 35 maybe but should i just just before its illegal? Anyone have a dark color max with tints let me know what looks good, and how much ballpark for a max?? hopefully not over 2, but wel see. Also threw the clear corners on all around, not sure if it clashes with the smoked AE taillights though im still getting used to it. Anyone picture it? You think it looks better than the stock red/yellow corners??ill try to post some pictures soon.

 

i woud go with 35% all the way around. i have a black max. the tint that came with the car was 20% in the rear windows & 35% up front. it looks ok, but i would prefer the 35% on all windows.

 

If I were to retint my Max again, I would go with 10% because the 15% that I currently have doesn't stop the sun the least. Or at least get something more reflective that's not ricey.

I can't picture your majestic with bronze AE headlights and clear front corners. But it does sound better than orange. I like the red in the rear, but if you do keep the clear corners, just spray those amber bulbs in the tails silver. It would look a ton better.

 

i like a little contrast. My brakes are red so I kept the side markers colored. I have a gun gray

 

As far as cost, provided you don't have tint already on it, I would say that about $125 would be an average ballpark number for a good tint place. If you already have tint, it would obviously cost more, since they would have to carefully remove the existing tint. Of course, I came across a number of sites with easy to follow instructions for doing it yourself, since I was considering taking my 30% off and doing a 20% all-around. However, I haven't done it, since I'm a little nervous about how the cops will deal with it, since 28% is the legal limit for the fronts here in FL, and like most places, the state troopers are ***ks about most stuff.

same here..orlando I'm going to have a week trip to maimi with friends, that's y i need tint too...the sun is killing me already...can't take it anymore
