Just wanted to share the excitment Yesterday i got my maximum tuning stage 2.5 VB installed and all i can say is holy $h!t. It feels like the car has been brought back to life. Shifts from 1 to 2 is pretty hard and 2 to 3 is still pretty firm. I would have to say this things brings as much excitment to driving my car as the supercharger did. I would recomend this mod to anyone with a auto. Now its time to get SAFC hooked up and it is time for the track!

valvebody recalibration.

 

recently i have been burned out on messing with my car so i took it to a local shop to get it done. They installed the VB and tranny cooler for $300. I don't know how long it took because i dropped it off in the morning and picked it up late in the afternoon.

 

VB and what does this VB do ? is our warrenty void after this some info please

 

so how did that work?? did you have to send your vb in to maxima tuning? i want to do this too but i cant afford the downtime.

 

like i said it works great, and jeff does a core swap. He sends you the recalibrated one and you send yours back to him after you get it installed

 

And yes, your warranty on the transmission is shot if you do it. Virtually if you do anything that they can somehow attribute failure to. It's not that hard to prove when it's directly linked.

 

I've got a spare auto ECU incase you need ANOTHER one.

You got it installed. That is great. You may be actually able to keep up with us 5 speeds. I want to see what you run with it. Good luck with the SAFC.
