what's the approx. weight of the 2000 max?

there are a bunch of diffrent #'s...does about 2600lbs sound right?

That's the gross vehicle weight rating, not the curb weight. And curb weight would depend on your trim too. GXE is the lightest, somewhere in the 31xx I think.

Between what? The gross vehicle weight rating and the curb weight, or the difference in weight of all 3 trims?

Curb weight is the empty weight and GVWR is the maximum loaded weight with passengers and cargo.

it depends on the options your car has leather, sunroof, bose all add weight ): my car weighs 3350 with half a tank. go to a truck scale its about $5

i think my car weighs in 3500+ , 18in chromes body kit, sunrooof, full system etc etc . . . . ill proberly suck at 1/4 mile times !!

thnks for the link!! real interesting and i can test my fuel consumption. BTW, i always knew my max was a fat ba**d. Plus I'm near 250. new lightweight rims should be quicker with less weight.

Just quoting straight off the brochure...it doesn't include weight for options like CC package, meridian, etc..

They didn't have the AE specs at time of publishing, however I'd be willing to be it's the heaviest.
