Any tips for cleaning and preserving the look of the Frost leather interior would be helpful. Any experience with the products by Lexol or the Zaino stuff for leather? I don't want the color tone to darken in any way. What about a good vinyl cleaner? Thanks.

I just started using Mcguyers(Spelling?) leather conditioner and it works great. The only thing is it's a hassle to clean the dam frost leather b/c it gets madd dirty after 2 weeks. Someone told me that I should clean it once a month. Try this brand. I was surprised.

Any tips on good polishing compounds besides Turtlewax?

I use eagle 1 leather care. I prefer this one because u apply this by ur bare hand. I believe anything that will not harm your skin, will not harm your leather seat. also enjoy some up close and personal contact with your seats =)
anybody notice that maxi 2k leather seats are very soft which creates a lot of wrinkle after prolong use? since I drive a lot recently and I notice that driver seats has a lot more folds and wrikle than the passenger seats.

maybe I should start to seat on the passenger seat or jump on it to make it even. =)
I ask a tech from nissan.....seems like it is just something to the leather seats when it is aged. I thought those are cracks and freaks the crap out of me. I noticed that leather seats of Volks wagon and mercedes benz dont have mcuh wrinkle, but their seats are much harder.

hmmmm, i thought leather protection only protects them from hazards like heat, spill, scratch. the leahter is just like dead skin, once it is distorted, there is no way for regeneration.....speaking of dead skin, I really wish my leather seat is made of the guy's skin who hit and run my baby. =)

now I carry cleaner and protective lotion in my trunk....yea! me, my maxi, and a bottle of lotion....

i guess that's what it protects... but i didnt pay the 500 dollars for the protection, i paid it for the warranty.

I understand, but a lot of warranties are made for "defection of the product" which means if the product failed to protect the leather seats, then they will replace u a new one. I doubt it will cover any appearance changed due to over use or misuse.

Turtle Wax Leather Care

I just applied Turtle Wax cleaner and conditioner on my leather yesterday and I removed dirt marks easily. The conditioner keeps the leather "moist" That helps prevent it from drying out and cracking. I also would recommend Meguars Gold Class one step leather cleaner and conditioner. The Mercedes/Audis and VWs have "pleather" seating. Real leather is an option and you really cannot tell the difference between them. Pleather is fake and is harder and of course more durable. Good luck and careful "sliding" into to the drivers seat!
