y-pipe or headers?

I definitely want a y-pipe. I was going to go with Budget but then I started looking at headers. They don't have many out for 2k, but i think hotshot and cattman are coming out with them pretty soon. Do you guys think it's worth the extra couple hundred to get the headers. Headers come with a y-pipe, so I don't want to get the Budget, then decide I want headers later and have to sell the y-pipe. Remember I have a 2k so it's the 3.0L. Headers worth it over y-pipe?

I plan on installing myself with the help of some people. What I'm asking is if the headers(which come with the y-pipe) are worth the extra $ for the power, over just the y-pipe.
