Just want some ideas..

2k2 se...automatic.

Bad slippage (+750rpm) on the 2-3 upshift with harsh 3rd engagement.
Delayed and harsh downshift on the 4-2 (WOT kickdown downshift)
Sometimes getting stuck (1 in 10 times) in 2nd gear when coming to a stop after prolonged highway speeds

The TSB does not apply to 2k2s.

I have 9000 miles left on my powertrain warranty. Dealer keeps flagging the operation as "normal".

Looking for a good starting point..

- Clutch packs?
- Solenoid pack?
- VB?
- Torque conv?

Any ideas on where to start, hit me up on this post, please.

 

Take it back to the dealer and request that one of their senior techs go on a ride along with you. That way you can say "there!..... did you feel that?" and get them to confirm that they witnessed the behavior. Then hang on for a long fight to get any kind of power train warranty work approved! good luck!
