stock pads with crossdrilled rotors??
cross-drilled rotors are not necessarily better rotors...there are plenty of blanks that are just as good, if not better than cross-drilled or slotted.
IMO, cross-drilled and slotted are for show, so get them if you want them for show but NOT if the ONLY reason is for better stopping under normal driving (meaning daily driving and not auto-x)

Sounds like his question isn't about whether to get rotors or not, but whether to use stock or aftermarket pads. I'm running stock pads on my rear rotors right now, because there looks like another year of life on them. At that point I'll replace them...
