I just saved lots of money..

My cd-changer in my trunk wasnt working AT ALL.. it would sence the disks were there and then go to the next disk.. well i decided that i would come ask some of you guys what to do... the responces that i got all said " you can't play burned cd's in the cd player" bla bla bla

well i went out and bought a 3.99$ cd laser lens cleaner thing and put it in the changer and Whala!!! it works again thank G-D. i love my changer esp. sitting in traffic..

Thanks for trying to help guys.. but for anyone thats having the same prob go get a lens cleaner!!

haha biglots.. its just a simple cleaner it looks like a CD and just has two small " brush type things" on the playing side that sweep dust, dirt, crap off of the laser.. im sure they sell them at walmart, kmart, walgreens anywhere.. dont worry it slides right into the cd changer..( not sure about in-dash) not my fault if somthing goes wrong there

i used one of those in my old 95 altima. the bose crapped out within a week but was replaced under warranty. it may have been a coincedence but ive been afraid to use them in my car after that. i never used it on my changer in my car but do use them on my changer in the house.

 

i was going for the gieco joke.. but no one got it.. lol good job

 

eh it dont matter i ended up with a better stereo anyway. kinda sucks though because i JUST bought my maxima about two months later the 6cd changer messes up...should have thought about the cleaner but its all good was going to change the system sooner or later.

 

i didnt save %15 on geico..those F**kers ripped me off. (seriously)

 

Like the commercial says "You can save 15% or more by switching to Gayco."

That doesn't mean that Gayco will be cheaper. You might save but most likely they take your money.
