Nissan sent me a customer service card.
is it bad review or good review time.
I think I will right them a long letter of all our problems.
any suggestions folks?

Send them an archived copy of this board?

Seriously... be honest about your service... but also express your dissapointments with the car... and mention that you have maxima owner friends with the same concerns/complaints and that they are looking at other makes for their next cars...

Don't trash them or anything, but be tactful and honest about the problems you had and the service you got. Mention the problems you had and explain what the service guys did about it.....

Yes, be tactful while writing your letter. You can also print out copies of threads (edit the bashing out) and include URLs.
