I don't think you need them if you are all motor.
Unless you want to monitor you stereo.

it all depends on what you have. if you have pod and guages and nothing you need to monitor then they are all for show and ricey. now if you actually have something to monitor (boost, air/fuel ratio) then they are ok. i still think that the A-pillar pod is ricey. you can put the guages somewhere else. they are put there so people can see them.
IMO you should not "front" like you have something. if you have something (guages, etc) that looks like you have a mod but you dont its stupid. you should be able to back it up.

If you are actually doing something with your car besides putting a body kit on it, then gauges can be helpful. I have 6 of them plus an SAFC II. I needed the gauge pod and it doesn't look 'ricey' at all.

heres the situation..
you get gauges.. and u happen to race a car and loose.. thats gonna make you look even worse.

gause most people who have gauges are boosted..

so the car you lost to .. is gonna think it beat a boosted max..
Thus you will make Us look bad..lol

First off, if you are going to make a stupid comment, spell most of the words correctly. Second, boosted or not boosted, if you want to monitor certain aspects of your engine, then you can get gauges. IF you are doing it to just have a gauge pod in there, you are Those are the rules as I know them.
