JET Computer Chip Upgrade Comments????

They offer this on Custom Maxima for $309 and seems like a pretty good deal and cheaper than some of the other chip upgrades out there...i would definitely take 15+ horsepower and improved acceleration all across the powerband for $300...any experience with this??? Do you think i'd be more prone to throwing a code with the reprogrammed chip???

id like 15 more hp too but you wont get it from the jet. i would recommend waiting and seeing what pans out with the technosquare.

Hey Lontar, that sounds pretty interesting. But Tornado fuel saver advertises some unrealistic gains too. I'm wary about co. advertising. But thanks for your input, and please post a similar response on the thread I'm starting on it.

I'm telling you, I bought it and have it on my car and it really works, but it is up to you $300 plus no car for a few weeks or $119 and mod done in 5 minutes.....Hummmm! let me think.....

Did this hook up onto your air intake sensor?

I haven't done any DYNO, but I can feel the difference when it is on and off. I'll take my car to a DYNo, Does anyone here know a DYNO place in the Orlando florida area?

You my friend have been scammed. Go ahead and dyno if you don't believe me. NOTHING like that will "magicly" give you 15hp. Please think logically about it for a few min.

I don't know about JET, but I know some of these performance chips just change your shift points on the auto transmission.
