the rear suspension of the 5th gen and the 4th gen are slightly differnt in design. the control arm on the 4th gen are located in front of the beam(towards the front of the car) while the control arm on the 5th gens are located behind the beam.
i don't know for sure if the sway bars are 100% identical in design, but i'd say pretty close.
