Need Help Reallly Quick Please...

ok..i screwed up the housecor foglight rewire without headlight on.
i found those wires on my 2k max . i cut the yellow wire from fog relay and tapped with tap. the remaining wire from relay i supposed to "splice it with the taillight green red wire which i found without problem.
now the question is.. what's splice...i don't have the splice connector..do i cut the taillight green/red wire and connect the yellow fog wire with the green/red wire all together?

now my fog doesn't light up no matter what...help please...ahhhhhh
