p0138 code on a 02 max..help

p0138 code on a 02 max..help

my ses light came on and it has a p0138 code for high voltage on bank1 sensor2 anyone seen this before?

just had the sae code. I think it means the oxygen sensor is damaged. I'm not sure though.
