Nissan Lease Return Help Needed

My 01 lease is just about up. I would appreciate any guidance as to how picky Nissan is about :

front end stone chips, bumper and hood, numerous
scratches, longest is about 2 inches below rear spoiler
1 door ding
minor scratches on door bumperettes

I live in Toronto, Ontario, any posters in the GTA that have gone through, let me know what is involved

Any penelaties for not doing scheduled maintanince at Nissan Dealership

Thank you all in advance

Hey Topview01, anything that occur under normal wear condition is ok and you shouldn't be charge for, but if let say there a door smashed or broken windshield, or the exhaust is totally gone then they will charge you because the car has to be return in acceptable condition. When I returned my 98 SE I had a door panel that was damage, primarly they told me it should cost around 400-500$ to fix it but to my surprise after the car was return the service manager called me back and told me they couldn't repair the door panel and they had to change it, the incoice was 1700$, I was totally screw up by them and told them that I will pay the bill but I would never lease or buy a car from them ever, the next day the service manager call me to make me a ridiculus offer, which basically was buy a new max at list price and we will only charge you 800$ for the repair. Basically dont wait at the last minute to return the car, if you need to make some repair have it done a place it cost less, because at the end you dont care it's a end of lease. As for the maintenance, you can say it was done by your garagist they cant force you to get the service at Nissan where you need to take a 2 week delay to get an oil change.

Cheers

AA
