Should I trade my 00 Se for a 02 Se??

i notice in the paper there was a 02 Se auto with 37k selling for $15995...i decide to check it out and it's in good condition and all....i also got my 00 appraise for $10500 for trade in because my car is fully loaded with 47k....but the 02 is just basic with no leather or p-snrf....so pretty much i have to pay $5500 plus tax, tags, registration....what u guys think? below is the pro and con of getting the 02..

Pro:
1. Hid headlights
2. 3.5 VQ35DE engine

Con:
1. No leather
2. No p-snrf.....

No leather, no sun roof??? I don't think its worth it. I mean, theres more power, but not THAT much more. you still have a very strong engine. And the HIDs can always be added. leather can be added too, but try cutting a hole in your roof.

if its the speed that bothers you with the extra 5500 you can make your car faster then an 02 or you can make it look real good, i would probably stay with your car and just invest the 5500 in the 2000.....even though i love my 2002 i think you will be sad because going from a fully loaded to a fully un-loaded kinda sux even hough the car is faster...

p.s. it has the VQ35DE
