Has anybody had any auto tranny problems on their 2K2s?

I have a 2002 Maxima SE with 61K on it. A lot, I know. Around 50K I started experiencing a problem with lack of power and took it into the dealership and they immediately told me it was the MAF. (No check engine light has ever come on) I had it replaced, but there was no difference in the power. Took it back and they said the replaced MAF failed and put in a new one. Got it back, still no major difference in the amount of power. Shortly there after, the transmission started shifting all weird. If you take your foot off of the gas for a split second, it immediately wants to drop out of gear and God forbid that you need to quickly accelerate into traffic you won’t get any power until about 5000 rpms. Took the car in and they replaced a solenoid. It is still acting up and now the transmission is making a “clicking noise” every time it shifts and when you take the car out of park into reverse and then into drive it makes a series of clicks. I pointed this out the dealer and of course their response was that the car is “operating according to specs”. I have never heard this weird “clicking” noise from the transmission. In addition, when all of these problems started, I started noticing a severe drag on the car as if I was driving with my emergency break on. Has anybody had any similar problems? I haven’t done any customization to the car.
