OEM Muffler Tip Removal

How do you get the OEM muffler tip off? There is one 9mm bolt in the back took that off and then tried to brake it free and it will not move. I also sprayed some Rust away in between the tip and the muffler pipes and still nothing. My next step is the Dremel!!!! Any other ideas. I thought this mod would take 10 min guess not.

I'd take it to a muffler shop and have them take it off and weld your new ones on. If that's what you're doing.

I couldn't get mine off 'cause the 9mm nut holding it on was pretty much destroyed (rusted)... so I left it off, and bought a new OEM muffler without the finisher (~$100 less! same muffler, just without the finisher/tip) and I personally think it looks nicer... I just need to keep the tailpipes clean/shiny
