what's the point of lowering the car if you want everything to be almost the same as stock?
anyways, here is your answer. can be found in the FAQ

struts-wise - Tokicos blue and GR2 are less stiff compared to other brands available (Koni, AGX, illuminas) because they are more like stock replacement rather than perfomance struts.

I would suggest Maxspeeds with Tokico Illuminas.
Maxspeeds lower the car, but it still doesn't look "lowered" unless you know maximas....the ride is similar to stock SE springs, but much more firm in cornering and quick maneuvers.....
then with the Illuminas, you can adjust how hard/soft you want the ride to be, since there are 5 settings. I'm very happy with this setup.

the rattles will come eventually, regardless of drop......that's what happens in cars with unibody construction...things move around every time you hit a bump, eventually start rubbing, getting loose, etc. I hear that SFC's more or less eliminate this problem though

My eibach springs ride great to me. Never have I regret putting them on. I dont notice any rattling after the car was lowered. My only complaint is the front sits about 3/4" higher than the back(although it probable rides better like that, more spring travel). On a big bump however, your car is slightly more inclined to bottom out.

I like the drop I have and I think it's pretty conservative. I have H&R springs with KYB GR2's. Here's a link to some pics.
