wheres the tcm located on a 2000se???

just got back from the dealership. i already had the valve body changed due to lazy shifting from 1st-2nd. now if i gun it from a stand still it overrevs before lazy shifting. the service manager was actually nice so ill give him a shot. i mentioned the tsb about the tcm being a problem, he said he was aware of the problem and that before they change the tranny or do any thing drastic that theyll cahnge the tcm. so out of curiosity i wanted to know where its hidden. alos i heard there is a learnig procedure for it. maybe that ll help. thanks

1-2 slow shift is caused by the TCM. I don't now why they changed the valvebody in the first place. The TCM IIRC is located behind the center console right behind the stereo and HVAC unit.
