I love how in the second video the passenger in the Subaru after the start is like, "you got him..." and the drviers like, "I know" then like 4 seconds later, he's like "Ahhhhh, ****!!"

Why oh why would you have a passenger ride with you when dragging??? More weight. Must be that he doesn't have his own ride. .....he'll be getting a maxima now...

even without the passenger... I don't think it would've made a difference...

Like you ,my friend and i are dead even, if not even edgeing me by a fender on take off , but after 65 mph the Max shines and leaves him. On the highway its utter silliness!
The WrX has no top end , it makes most of its power down low. WRx's ,stock are beatable wether from a stand still or from a roll, the Sti, well thats a diffrent story........

I have 2 friends with WRXs.... one has a turbo-back exhaust, and he'll beat me off the line, but I'll catch him in higher gears.... the other one has headers, an ECU re-flash, and all this other crap, and I'm not even close...

Well, I'm not sure if I'm accurate with the technical terms for WRX mods, but I know for a fact he had his entire header/manifold, up-pipe, down-pipe, and cat-back done... I think the car is a little over 300 whp and runs in the low 12s.

Yeah anyways, this isn't a WRX forum, so I'm gonna shut-up about em and talk about some Maximas....

If anyone knows who that guy is and what he has in his car, I'm sure many of us are very interested to know....

Just to clarify,

Turbo cars have turbo manifolds, which are essentially headers with an extra flange on it to power the turbo.

THey are just usually called turbo manifolds, not headers, I dont know why really..

Thanks for the info... I think people just throw around the term "headers" a lot, even WRX owners... and if you saw that link I posted (and the Google search results for "WRX headers", it seems like they're sold as headers too...

Link... http://www.jscspeed.com/wrx/exhaust/header.htm

Two words: Me Like.

I'd love to see that against the 350Z in Frederick, MD that has about 50k in Nismo under the hood. The guy has almost 500 hp and 500 ft-lbs. I think it'd be a good match-up.
