ok, I've never had this done b4. What exactly is a tune-up? What is being done to the car and what is being changed or replaced? I need as much info as possible. Thanks in advance.

 

Well in short save your money; here is what they would do to a Maxima.
1) New spark plugs; they will use cheaper ones that what the car comes with
Thats about it since the Max use ignition coils, is fuel injected, they dont do much else. If the car is running bad I doubt a tune up will help. If you want new plugs do it your self.

 

I already did the belts, and the car runs great, i just think its time for some service.
Which plugs are good?
