Maxima 2nd Most Stolen?

Can anyone confirm that the '02-'03 Maxima is the 2nd most stolen car... and if so... in what areas of the country... also, can someone tell me how thieves get around the specially coded key??

yea dude i've been to the other posts and since they were locked, i just wanted to know how thieves could get around the vehicle immobilizer system... jeeze

they are stealing them for the HIDs. not to drive.

Dude, take it easy. If you don't want to read another thread about stolen Maxs don't read them. Nobody is forcing you to read threads. It may be old news to you, but he had a good question. No need to call anyone names. I read only the theads I want to, not everything will apply to me or my car. I do not get on people who know less than me or want a little more info than what was posted in another similar thread. I get just as tired of hearing people whine about reposts as you do reading them. here is my advice to people who think they know everything and there is no need to ask a question that has already been asked:

Put a tampon in, don't read the reposts and quit Bit@#in.
